These items are homemade and handmade. Therefore there might be some minor flaws and/or defects such as small bubbles in the resin, sharper edges, differentiation in colour from the photographs etc. If you would like additional photographs of the item before purchase please feel free to message me. 
 
The radiopaque letters differ between marker sets. Some are made using Bismuth characters that show on all X-ray imaging, whilst others are made using metal characters used for jewellery making that show best on lower exposure imaging (e.g. extremities, chest X-rays, paediatric X-rays). Please contact me before buying if you would prefer the Bismuth characters and I can create a custom order for you to purchase - the Bismuth characters are more expensive to purchase from the supplier so the majority of the pre-made markers have jewellery characters instead, and the custom order with Bismuth characters will be slightly more expensive to buy.
 
All marker sets offered with initials inside the resin are created using jewellery characters for the initials NOT Bismuth characters.

There is a chance that the resin of the marker shape will be radiopaque enough that its shape is noticeable on X-rays. Be mindful when ordering of your department policy and reporter preference.
 
The adhesive offered on the back of the marker sets is nano tape. A type of reusable double sided adhesive tape that is washable. I have found that it is best cleaned with alcohol gel or alcohol wipes to retain its adhesive properties and that cleaning with green clinell wipes will cause the tape to lose its adhesive properties. 

I try to reuse packaging when sending items such as envelopes or Amazon/other shipping packaging in order to keep packing costs reduced and help the environment. As per my returns policy, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs as well as for loss of any value in the item if it is not returned in its original condition, provided the buyer has contacted me and returned the item within 30 days of purchasing.
